Ann Louise Gittleman Warns About Being Zapped

Ann Louise Gittleman, author of Zapped

Ann Louise Gittleman tackles the hazards of being bombarded 24/7 by electromagnetic pollution.  Her latest book is titled Zapped: Why Your Cell Phone Shouldn’t Be Your Alarm Clock and 1269 Ways to Outsmart the Hazards of Electronic Pollution.

Ann Louise wrote the book out of what she calls “enlightened self-interest.” She discovered a benign tumor which she attributed to cell phone use. Research shows repeated cell phone use makes users 50% more likely to have a salivory gland tumor resulting from Electromagnetic Fields (EMF).

Other symptoms from overexposure to EMFs includes headaches, dizziness, ear ringing, elevated blood sugar, heart problems and heart irregularities and skin problems.

Research in Russia shows a connection between EMFs and “radio wave sickness.”

Ann Louise recommends some simple, easy-to-implement solutions to minimize the dangers of EMFs.  1) Hold mobile phone away from ear when connecting 2) Use a certain type of hands-free headset 3) Move portable phones out of the bedroom 4) Keep laptops off your lap and 5) Avoid wireless Internet access points.
