Bill Hicks, Casitas Municipal Water District Director

Bill Hicks is known to many as the long-time vice-president and COO of Barber Ford in Ventura.

Currently, Bill is a director at the Casitas Municipal Water District, a position he’s held for 21 years. He currently serves Division 1.

What others—including myself—may not know is that Bill played under Coach Wooden as Coach Wooden’s reputation as “the Wizard of Westwood” was just beginning.
