Consultant And Motivator, Jodi Walker, Talks About Taking Personal Ownership For Your Results

Jodi Walker, consultant & motivational speaker

Jodi Walker believes too many companies are too far removed form their entrepreneurial roots and need to refocus on being more entrepreneurial. She thinks everyone should take personal ownership for their results—like entrepreneurs.

She presents her acronym: FACTOR. It stands for Focused thinking; Accelerated career strategy; Confidence; Thinking skills; Originality and Risk-taking.

Jodi recommends certain activities to strengthen those skills. 1) focus on your strengths and talents 2) write a personal mission statement 3) do something daily towards that mission statement and 4) embrace curiosity by asking questions and focusing on the outside.
