Danny Simon built the licensing divisions for Lorimar Productions, 20th Century Fox and Carolco Pictures.
Today, he owns and operates The Licensing Group Ltd., one of the industry’s premier licensing agencies.
He is a founding member of the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association (LIMA).
In addition to his licensing expertise, Danny is also a film producer, serving as the executive producer of the film Mortal Kombat, which was the first successful translation of a video game into a feature film.
Danny is the co-author of two definitive books on licensing. Basics Of Licensing is a concise reference book for anyone already involved in licensing or those interested in getting into the industry.
