Deborah Swiss is a management consultant and author with a specialty in women’s history, gender equity, and work/life balance.
Her work has received attention in Time, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, and The Federal Glass Ceiling Commission Report. She has appeared on The Today Show as a gender issues expert.
Deborah holds her Ed.M. and Ed.D. from Harvard University and her B.A. magna cum laude from Bowdoin College.
She worked at Harvard University for thirteen years in a variety of administrative positions, including a position as Assistant Dean at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
Her latest book is titled The Tin Ticket: The Heroic Journey of Australia’s Convict Women
