Dr. Judith Wright Tells The Truth About Lying, And Other “Soft Addictions”

Dr. Judith Wright, author of The One Decision

Do you realize the average person encounters 200 lies per day? That’s one lie every 5-8 minutes.

Dr. Judith Wright knows it. Lying is what she calls a “soft addiction.” Her solution? 1) Admit lying happens. 2) Recognize it has its costs—both physical and emotional 3) Commit to a quality of life that includes truth and integrity.

In fact, this is some of the training Judith teaches in her book titled, The One Decision: Make the Single Choice That Will Lead To A Life of More.

Judith committed to more in her life. She tells us that she committed to being conscious “in the present.” It has delivered rewards in her business and personal life.

Judith works with her husband, Dr. Bob Wright, at the Wright Institute for the Realization of Human Potential. Listen as she tells how she and her husband have grown stronger by working together.
