Former Candidate, David Cruz Thayne, Handicaps The 26th Congressional District Race

David Cruz Thayne, former candidate for the 26th Congressional District

David Cruz Thayne has lived the American Dream.

He’s the son of a single-mother immigrant from Uruguay; adopted by his step-father; who became a star tennis player; married his high school girlfriend and now operates his own business.

In 1998, David, his wife and their son, moved to Southern California with nothing but the belief that with enough hard work, success would come.

He recently ran for the US House of Representatives from Ventura County which gives him a unique perspective from which to handicap the Congressional race for the 26th District.
