Geoffrey Brewer is the Editorial Director of Gallup Press, which publishes books and the Gallup Management Journal.

He is the editor of five national bestsellers: How Full Is Your Bucket?; StrengthsFinder 2.0; 12: The Elements of Great Managing; Strengths Based Leadership; and Wellbeing: The Five Essential Elements.

His most recent book that he co-edited with Barb Sanford is titled Decade of Change: Managing in Times of Uncertainty.

Geof is a seven-time recipient of the Jesse H. Neal Editorial Achievement Award.

He was editor-in-chief of Sales & Marketing Management magazine. garnered a Folio: Magazine Award for Editorial Excellence.

Geoff has been a frequent speaker, and a guest lecturer on management topics at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies.
