Chris Zane, entrepreneur and founder of Zane’s Cycles, will talk about customer disservice and what can be done to overcome it from his book Reinventing the Wheel.

Andreas Kluth, correspondent for The Economist—the greatest magazine in teh world, will talk about his new leadership book Hannibal and Me.
