Internet Publicity Wisdom From Penny Sansevieri

Occasionally, an interviewee comes along that is knowlegeable, informative and entertaining. Penny Sansevieri, president of A Marketing Expert and author of Red Hot Internet Publicity, is one of those interviewees.

Penny dispensed her Internet publicity wisdom during our 30-minute interview. It turned out to be an auspicious day in Internet history, too. Facebook surpassed 500,000,000 users—half a billion! To put that into perspective, over 8% of the world’s population is registered on Facebook.

Penny is one of this country’s leading experts on online publicity and promotion. She advises small businesses on Internet marketing. She is an adjunct professor at New York University. Penny originated the Virtual Book Tour for authors. Penny is an expert Twitter user. She also blogs and has a successful ezine.

The burning question Penny answered for me is if she was limited to just 3 tools for Internet publicity, which three would she choose. She answered: an auto-responder (she uses Infusion Soft), Twitter and YouTube.
