John R. Graham is the Director, Health Care Studies at the Pacific Research Institute and Executive Director, Benjamin Rush Society

John is a financial analyst who researches the effects of laws and regulations on investments in the health sector.

John received his M.B.A. from the London Business School (England) and his B.A. (with Honors) in economics and commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada.

John writes the monthly Health Policy Prescriptions series of analytical essays, and contributes to PRI’s Capital Ideas columns on public policy.  He has written for periodicals including the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post.
