Joyce Gioia, CEO of The Herman Group

Joyce Gioia began her business career as an entrepreneur early―at the tender age of fourteen―when she founded her first company, Jack & Jill Parties for Children. Later, at the age of 28, she was the youngest national magazine publisher in the United States.

She is now president and CEO of The Herman Group and Employer of Choice, Inc. She is a Strategic Business Futurist and Certified Management Consultant focusing on the human side of enterprise. With an eclectic background, including marketing, sales, management, high technology, hard goods, soft goods and intangibles, Joyce’s knowledge of future trends spans the future of business to the future of pet care.
