Kasey Kirby is the Director of Dog Days whose own story is an interesting one. He transitioned into working as a cinematographer and editor after a career change out of the accounting field in 2005.
Kasey holds a graduate degree in film/video from American University.
His interest revolves around seeking truth in compelling stories anywhere in the world and bringing them to the forefront of audiences.
Kasey’s experience has crossed genre platforms and spanned the globe having shot films in nearly 20 countries.
Most notably, Kasey earned Best Documentary at the Student Academy Awards for his work on the feature documentary titled As We Forgive in Rwanda.
