Mark Goulston, author of Just Listen

Mark Goulston, communications authority, dispensed sound advice on how to improve our communication skills by listening better. Author of the book, Just Listen:Discover The Secret To Getting Through To Just About Anybody. Mark is best known for bring divorced couples back together again. Originator of the “emotional exhale,” Goulston has also trained hostage negotiators to improve their skills.

We learned in this interview that Mark is giving back to the nation by helping disabled veterans of the Gulf Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan regain their emotional balance upon returning to the United States.
