Port Hueneme Councilwoman, Sylvia Muñoz Schnopp, Discusses Her Historical Novel Abandoned Angels

Sylvia Muñoz Schnopp, author of ABANDONED ANGELS

Sylvia Muñoz-Schnopp is President and CEO, Schnopp Consulting Group

She has 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, media relations and bilingual communications.

Sylvia has been active with Ventura County Economic Development Association (VCEDA) for several years, serving in a variety of capacities.

Prior to starting her own business, she worked at AT&T Wireless, and the United Way of Ventura County.

She received an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University, and holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing.

Sylvia is a licensed minister, a college professor and is currently a Port Hueneme City Councilwoman. She served as Mayor during the 2010-2011 term.
