Larry Webster is the Editor-in-Chief of Road & Track magazine. He was appointed to that role in May 2012.

Prior to that, Larry was the Automotive Editor of Popular Mechanics magazine.

Among other jobs before joining Popular Mechanics, he was the host of Car and Driver Television from 2002 to 2005.

Larry is an amateur race car driver who has competed on over a dozen of North America’s premier circuits.

He is also a serial collector of vintage cars, which he restores in his home shop.

He has a mechanical engineering degree from Lehigh University
