Michael Carrier Speaks Out Against The Protect Intellectual Property Act And Stop Online Piracy Act
Michael Carrier teaches and writes in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property, and property law at Rutgers School of Law in Camden.
His book is titled Innovation for the 21st Century: Harnessing the Power of Intellectual Property and Antitrust Law.
Michael is also the editor of the volume, Critical Concepts in Intellectual Property Law: Competition.
Michael is a summa cum laude graduate of Yale University and a cum laude graduate of Michigan Law School, where he was Book Review Editor of the law review.
Before entering academia, he clerked for the Honorable John D. Butzner, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and litigated antitrust, civil, intellectual property, and sports cases at Covington & Burling, in Washington, D.C.
