Tom Oser, management consultant and technology thought leader

Tom Oser is a management consultant to executives and organizations of all sizes.

He advises clients on strategy, scenario planning, operations improvement, process improvement and alignment of business strategy and information technology.

He is a thought leader in the field of management of technology, and the professional development of executives.

Tom is an adjunct faculty member in strategy at the Wharton School and The School of Engineering at The University of Pennsylvania Engineering – Executive Masters in Technology Management program.

He was the founding director of the graduate program in telecommunications management at Stevens Institute of Technology, and advises Stevens Institute of Technology on Technology Management.

Tom holds an MBA in finance and strategy from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He also earned a Ph.D. in computer and information engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering at Stevens; and an M.S. in Telecommunications at Southern Methodist University.
