Over the last twenty-four hours, every person would have had over 8,000 separate opportunities to change his/her life, according to Tom Wright, personal growth trainer, professional communicator, and writer. The key is to live life in 10 minute intervals. Anyone can make changes in their life if they focus on it for 10 minutes at a time.
Tom served as a communications aide to Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. He was awarded a Presidential Service Citation for his work with President Ford. You’d think that would be accomplishment enough for one lifetime.
