Leah Ingram is lifestyle and frugal-living expert, and the author of Suddenly Frugal: How to Live Happier and Healthier for Less.

Media-trained while an editor at Woman’s Day Special Interest Publications, Leah quickly became the go-to expert for on-air demonstrations of family-related topics, including gift tips, etiquette advice and shopping suggestions.

She does monthly frugal segments on a variety of television news programs. In addition, she’s acted as a spokesperson for many national brands. And she writes frugal-living advice in publications, such as BusinessWeek, The Christian Science Monitor and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
