Dr. Rebecca Gladding Provides Her 4-Step Solution From Her Book You Are Not Your Brain
Rebecca L. Gladding, M.D. is a Clinical Instructor and Attending Psychiatrist at the UCLA Stewart and Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital and the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
She graduated from UCSF School of Medicine, completed her psychiatry residency at UCLA and spent six months at the University of Washington as a Psychosomatic Fellow. She was featured in the A&E Television Network’s critically acclaimed series Obsessed.
