Marshall has been an active investor in the Secondary Market for Limited Partnerships, often acquiring interests in partnerships at discounts of 50% – 90%.
In 30 years of investing, Marshall has developed expertise in financial services companies and real estate investment trusts (REIT’s).
Prior to becoming an investment advisor, he was in the private practice of law for 17 years.
Marshall is a graduate of the University of California-Berkeley and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
