Holt 2011) and The Trouble With Boys: A Surprising Report Card on Our Sons, Their Problems at School and What Parents & Educators Must Do (Crown 2008) which became a New York Times bestseller.
Peg specializes in making complicated education research and thorny policy questions around schooling accessible to parents—the most passionate and motivated stakeholders in the national debate about education reform.
Peg spent two decades in journalism, writing cover stories for Newsweek and features and analysis for the New York Times. At the start of her career, as a newspaper reporter, she was part of a group of reporters who won a Pulitzer Prize.
