Brian Sullivan joined CNBC in May 2011.
Brian has more than 15 years of financial broadcasting experience, having served as an anchor at Fox Business Network (FBN). Prior to that he was a producer, reporter and anchor at Bloomberg Television.
He is recognized as one of the first financial journalists to highlight the risks of the housing bubble. His 2007 special Subprime Shockwaves won the NY CPA Society Excellence in Financial Journalism award and was nominated for the prestigious Loeb Award.
Prior to joining Bloomberg in 1997, Brian traded chemical commodities for Mitsubishi International.
Brian has a B.A. in political science from Virginia Tech, a law degree from Brooklyn Law School and is an avid auto racer.
