Jim Champy is recognized throughout the world for his work on leadership and management issues and on organizational change and business reengineering.
He now consults extensively with senior executives of multinational companies seeking to improve business performance in four distinct, yet overlapping areas—business strategy, management and operations, organizational development and change, and information technology.
Jim earned his BS in 1963 and his MS in Civil Engineering in 1965 from MIT. He received his JD in 1968 and immediately passed the bar exam.
Jim now turns his reengineering expertise to delivering better products and services. His latest book is titled Deliver: How to be Fast, Flawless and Frugal.
